However, I run a small business and can attest that there are so many swirling matters that must be subordinated to the job of actually running the business. (Those other matters are often farmed out to specialists like accountants and lawyers, so a lot of information does not trickle down onto the actual business owner.)
@karlauerbach @Lana I don't know... Since Trump's first yammerings I've been absolutely barraged with tutorial about how tariffs work, it's almost incredible that someone in his position would've heard nothing at all about who pays.
