LinkedIn has recently changed their policy to allow harassment by deadnaming transgender people (https://www.advocate.com/news/linkedin-transgender-deadnaming-misgendering-policy), and as a consequence I have just deleted my LinkedIn account.

Sorry, I can't, but that's no indication that there aren't any. I never really used LinkedIn for anything, and I'm semi-retired, so will not be looking for a substitute.
