Genocide means killing members of a group with the aim to create conditions that make life unbearable for the group. I don't think it is about ethnic cleansing, it is about influence over territory, influence over a country where there is black, white and shades of grey...while imperialist psychological warfare tells us it is good vs bad. Unfortunately workers/the people on both sides lose while the ones in power profit.
