@spmatich yes, because no-one knows what the full rules are, and the rules that we do know about there's no mechanism to follow.

Most things have a tariff that must be paid before the delivery goes through customs, except that the process for that is based on shipping container sized orders (not just the fees, the bureaucracy). So you have to pay, but you can't pay. Also, we're not sure how much you should pay. It might also change between now and when the package gets to the USA.
