Of course. It’s just a certain mindset that can be found in many countries. And they all look the same.
It’s actually not that common, but it definitely exists. I don’t see many examples where I live/work, but there’s a few scattered about in dentist receptions, offices, banks, solicitors, sometimes teenagers too.
If I get a train about an hour away, towards one of the richer cities in the region, it could be 70% full of orange faces, yellow hair and glued-on claws.
