Wait, they had software in 1860?

Software called dig some specific rocks.

Now it’s a little big harder, need some special meath to know were it is.

Meath is just a county in Ireland. And no there’s no oil there. Software doesn’t work.

Also, I get that your question is serious, but don’t. If you know how to write software, there’s so many different avenues of revenue, that you don’t have to pick the one that actually fcked up the world to the point of no return. Unless it’s buggy and makes them go look for oil in Ireland.

Now seriously, it was a thesis on some electromagnetic theory and numerical calculus with a good grant, hard, but not impossible.

Then it turned into a software, to boost the score instead of publishing the papers, the thing was known later. So, just asking after the shit hit the fan.

And probably there’s oil in ireland too, there’s actually a lot more oil than thought of before.
