@EUCommission - united, perhaps (except for those members like Hungary, whose government seeks to be Belarus Lite) - but standing out of range and directly behind every Ukrainian man, woman, child and other who actually risk their lives in active fire throughout the country daily.
A complete and utter failure by EU, UN and NATO to protect the country, despite treaties already in place and having Russia knocking at the EU’s door.
