I have done a local history page, FAQs and a page to explain how we went out of our way to renovate the property - and why that makes an absolute mockery of the 'as built (assumed)' Energy Performance Certificate. I think that the 'before and after' photos nail the case against the EPC report.

I am quite pleased with the renovation and EPC page, because it allows me to gently mock the EPC rating that stubbornly refuses to acknowledge over a year of hard work that went on to turn a rundown old cottage into a comfortable and modern home. It really puts the EPC into perspective.

The entire website will be an exercise in carefully curated storytelling, but I am particularly pleased with the ‘before and after’ images on the renovation and EPC page.
