Our premier in Alberta wants to separate (or at least entertains those who do) and loves oil &gas and everything US, so of course now that the federal government isn't footing the bill (health is a provincial responsibility, but feds pay for a lot) she is making us pay CA$ 100. All other provinces are paying.

BC said that Albertans can go there for a free shot.

But I'm chuffed this is being produced in Canada.
