SarahThe Edenicity guy is now more inline with the City Nerd and Strong Towns model. In 2020 he started out for building utopian eco-cities from scratch, autocratic design and implementation, and new technologies, move fast/break things. Now he's for applying permaculture design to existing cities, using proven designs and technologies that already exist (transit, trains, bikes) and working to build consensus among stakeholders.
