Since today is World #Photography Day, let me show you my first camera that I got to use as a kid. This was the camera that made me realise I love photography, but I didn't really have the option to pursue it (typical Indian family reasons). I grew up wishing for an SLR, cause more features! 1/3
I obviously didn't tell parents, cause it wasn't an option on many fronts. Fast forward to 2011 when I saved up from my PhD scholarship and bought myself my first DSLR, a Nikon d7000 - and have been using it for 14 years now, and I absolutely still love it. #WorldPhotographyDay #Camera 2/3
July 2025 has been the year where I finally managed to upgrade my Camera to something more recent. Getting a Z series mirror-less camera and the advantages associated with is many folds, and once the monsoon calms down, I need to get back to a bunch of delayed projects. #MyJourney 3/3
Congrats! which one is it? Z6/Z8 ? Not familiar with Nikon cameras. Can't wait to see what magic you come up with the new toy :D
z6iii :) really want the rain to cut back down (and would be nice to use it on next safari)
z8 seemed like a very big jump, budget wise XD
