Ecuador Mamak Shuar AAA coffee, roasted by #GringoNordic in #Gothenburg. This #coffee is sourced from small-scale family farms gathered around the Shuar Community in #Ecuador.

The beans had a medium density and smelled of yellow fruits and spices. Brewed in AeroPress, it delivered a balanced, juicy cup that was neither too sweet nor too bitter.
