Is there a consumer-grade GitLab in EU? All the alternatives assume a corporate account (dedicated host) and seem to start at €50/month for a team/company service.

I want to be paying that _per year_ like I am with GitHub (and GitLab!)

@bertkoor Yep, I can also self-host my email. I am at an age, or possibly a life stage, where I would rather outsource all that fun and pay someone else.
