Is there a consumer-grade GitLab in EU? All the alternatives assume a corporate account (dedicated host) and seem to start at €50/month for a team/company service.

I want to be paying that _per year_ like I am with GitHub (and GitLab!)

@beardymcnerd @Codeberg Yep, the 'free and open source' is the blocker for me. I have several of those, but I also want somewhere to store private (both personal and commercial) repos as well.
