iuselinuxi mean dogs are kind of menace. its good they are taking some initiative. however, the dialoguebazi of the judge is really not necessary.
Dogs are not as big a menace as they’re made to be, potholes and road accidents or even Delhi’s AQI kill magnitudes more.
Supreme Court took a suo moto and delivered this brainless judgement which will waste state resources without even achieving what they set out to do, on the contrary it’ll only spike theft and burglary.

you are absolutely right. these are problems as well. but dogs are problems as well. need to accept it.
All these highlighted problems are responsibilities of the municipalities.
