#designer Years ago, a client asked me to digitize a character but never chose me or paid. I liked the character, developed it, and made an IG account. Later they demanded I remove it, claiming “their client” complained, or they’d sue. Years have passed, they’ve done nothing with it. It’s not patentable or original—similar ones exist in France, Japan, and South Park. Would it be wrong to keep developing it? It makes me happy. #CreativeRights
