...The music is a Kraftwerk remix, of course, but I'm putting this in because I bloody love it and when I was a kid my friend and I watched this movie on an almost weekly basis.
I'm never not boosting Breakdance the Movie content. I've forced my family to watch it so many times. "It's my birthday so I get to choose".

It's such a shame that more people probably know the name of the sequel (and use it to denote anything terrible) than have actually seen the film.
Funnily enough this weekend we had an old friend visiting and I was telling her about it, at length, as she'd never heard of it (though she was aware of the phrase electric boogaloo from social media).
Story is silly
Script is laughable
Acting is terrible (in a good way)
Music is magnificent
Dancing is great
The fashion is 80', so, so 80's
