@marcoarment I believe your underestimate one particular thing about Trump: you still think in legal terms. "There are tariffs, Apple will have to follow them and nothing else". The US isn't an authoritarian state (yet) but Trump himself is. He can do *anything* he wants if he doesn't like Apple.

And yes, they will not escape FTC's challenges. Bribes bought many things in the US recently, but not this. Otherwise Google would not lose (they have a lot of money to pay if there was a price).
