L train to A train to AirTrain to JFK was perfect flawless no notes, also i really like the new A train displays!
Air France flight JFK to CDG was nice, i forgot what it was like to not fly super budget airlines, but the food was bad and the person in front of me reclined so far back i strongly considered kicking their seat
connection through CDG was uneventful besides my repeated failed skill checks at security, and the bus to the satellite terminal was not bad. border control was super fast both for me (EU citizen) and norah (US citizen)! 2 hour layover was very doable
Air France flight CDG to BUD was uneventful! i asked for apple juice in french and the flight attendant replied in english which was unfortunate
Budapest 100E Airport Express is alright! pretty average airport bus experience. it does let you tap a card to pay once you’re on the bus which is nice, but the experience getting bus passes was also very chill! they come in the form of slips of paper (one per ride) which is fun but also probably easy to lose
