What are the "Become a politician" guide websites - sh.itjust.works

I recall seeing two sites shared in the comments on US politics posts but cannot find them again. The sites were very predictive, and offered to sponsor interested individuals. I recall they had a name similar to “get involved”. If some one has shared the sites, or recalls them, could you share them again? I know a few particularly passionate people, with good motives, and relevant education, that could benefit greatly from having the prescriptive guidance and sponsorship.
