OK, random encounter... There's good news and bad news. The monster is not usually encountered directly but somehow half of your gold and items have disappeared and half of any you gain shall also disappear until you defeat it. Your charisma rolls and reputation shall suffer when meeting new people because the oligarg is doing the same thing to the people in the region but has managed to place the blame on you.
It is protected by an army.
WesDym@RadicalGraffiti Sadly, this is yet another example of what I've come to call the Conservation of Competence Principle: I started noticing many years ago that many people who are skilled at graphic design have commensurately deficient language skills. Mainly, they don't bother to have anyone else check their writing.

because if i'm understanding that correctly, i can tell you that its not what its trying to say. the message is "you have no reason for this, look toward who's actually at fault"
@laund @RadicalGraffiti I used to be pro-gay, pro-autism and anti-immigrant because I'm gay and autistic and didn't know any immigrants. Then I met someone who was pro-gay and anti-autism because he was gay but not autistic. I hated him but realised I was behaving exactly like him, so now I'm pro-everything. Having thought this through, the poster strikes me as superficial.
