I've been using Windows for almost 30 years, yet switched this year to Mint Linux on all of my computers, wish I did sooner!
(Note: Mint is the most stable entry-level Linux distro to recommend to Windows refugees, but those who want more security out of the box should look into Qubes, Tails or one of the BSDs, even something like FugaIta OpenBSD.)
