Bribery is not allowed, but gifts were fine depending on your SVP. The Eddie Cue tree allows giving and receiving gifts as it is normal practice in the entertainment industry. There were limits that, if exceeded, needed sign-off. I had a great time visiting China and being treated well by vendors and partners under those rules. We also would return the favor when they’d visit from China. It was also definitely a better experience to go on a trip or a hosted dinner with a director or VP.
