I propose a 15 € all day long parking in Lesce + 5€ round trip by bus to Bled (3€ for children)

Tourists' experience will be much more improved, less time in traffic queue, more time at the lake, less cars in the village, and more money spent there.

P.s. you can loan the buses of non- touristic towns which do not run in summertime
