for those who've already seen all of Utena, should it be expected that neither rachel nor I have a super great idea of what's going on in the big picture as of ~22-23 episodes through?

My guess is that we're meant to be mostly going "???" still, especially since 22 was the first big lore dump episode we've had, with everything else being much more incidental or minor hints

..as an aside, can anyone explain what the hell was up with the Blinking Pointing Hand throughout episode 22? or is that a spoiler
