Uncomfortable PlateauI had a pleasant early evening ride on the local flat topped mountain. 10,000 feet (3050 meters) elevation and somewhat smoky from nearby wildfires. The summer has turned the corner; the grass is turning golden brown, early summer blossoms have faded away and late summer blossoms are rioting, some plants are turning red already heralding the rapidly approaching high country autumn.
