The 1967 borders left them with less than 25% and the Oslo Accords left them with a fraction of the West Bank which was divided into areas A, B and C. Their territory has been shrinking since the UN partition plan.

It should be noted that the world’s population grew 10x in general since 1800, so even if Israel killed half of palestinians, they’d still have grown 5x in total. So, “where the population grows” is not directly in conflict with genocide here.
