The referee is being pretty generous with the knockons if we're honest.
'22 Congratulations to whoever had 22 minutes in the Nic White wants a fight pool
HT Well only 8 points scored, all Australia, but the weather has made it very dramatic. So much kicking and phase play, very much not the current meta.
Maro failed HIA
All it takes is a fumble for a well placed Jorgensen to score. 15 behind will be quite the challenge today
'58 I screamed when it went into Akis arms, but alas, another fumble
'62 Well done Jac. Lions really needed that. 15 - 7
Ikitau so key at the moment. So may good carries. Just a yard off a score
Yellow card to Lions. Eventually the wallabies will not fumble out wide and the game will be over
'70 mcdermott stretches and hat's game. No clean sweep this tour
'77 penalty try?
Ref says penalty only, but I see three infringements there
It goes over, but not enough time for a quick conversion. 22 - 12.
Very entertaining game, much shouting at the tv
Fair play to Australia. They've came a long way since the first test and indeed since the world cup
And special shout out to @dimsimple for being the most vocal Australia supporter on Mastodon
Well done to Finn Russell on being player of the tour. Maybe between that and bath winning the premiership, maybe Rassie will reconsider his opinions ๐
It's been a really good tour (injuries aside) for the Scottish lads. We saw all 7 of our preferred starting backs get games. Four of those were test lions. Huw Jones (my player of the tour) scored so many points.
Russell?
TB got the award, no?
Weird.
Maybe somebody somewhere made a mistake and is hoping that no one noticed ๐คจ
