WesDym@AlisonCreekside Also, someone review the STCA. Because under current interpretation, "American refugees" are an extremely small, extremely tightly defined group. The STCA was negotiated by a very different US govt than the one that exists now. Canada acted in good faith based on that, but the reality in the US has greatly changed since then.
