If a person builds you a house that doesn't stand up, then you're entitled not to pay for it. (Sorry, that's arguable in Australia isn't it.)
If someone having studied university cannot achieve better employment than a high school dropout getting paid less than everyone else, then how does the university achiever still owe a HECS debt after decades? The education clearly didn't stand up to reality.
