Man, fuck english idioms. Will never get over how “that’s shit” = bad but “that’s the shit” = good

Greater brevity: “Holy fuck!” Something bad happened. “Holy fuck!” Something awesome happened.
bampop“bollocks” = bad / nonsense / lies
“the bollocks” = the absolute best you can get
