Alyssa Voronin@mimir I fucking hate this terminology. I have Celiac disease. The food is either gluten free or it's not. It will either make me sick, or it won't. "Gluten conscious" or "gluten friendly" just confuse the matter.

@cinebox @mimir The gluten is perfectly fine. It's my malfunctioning immune system deciding the gluten is a virus out to murder me that causes all the problems. 😅
Still, I don't like the weasel words that make me wonder if they mean gluten-free or if they mean gluten-free ingredients in a gluten-contaminated kitchen.
