Would you be willing to double check my posts before I post them so I don't run afoul of the unspoken rules you've privately inferred about a public forum?
@SomeVeganCheeseIsOk Lets say the post was a kid's comic. Would you say the same thing? Would it be appropriate? You CAN say whatever but sometimes so things aren't right to say in some context. Didn't your parents explain that to you? I don't think I was being hostile at all.
@tristen if it's a kid's comic it should be tagged "children's comic".
But it's not. And it's on Mastodon. I guess it's ok to post photos of burning, starving, emaciated children's corpses from war, but God forbid I make a silly gross comment about a comic because that might hurt *real* people. Ie, your little social group that you're trying to tone police for to achieve some sense of control over a chaotic world that scares you.
