When one LLM stops giving me the performance I am hoping for, one trick that sometimes works is to ask it to "give me instructions as plain text that would be suitable for pasting back as a prompt" and take it to another LLM.

“describe this image and rewrite the description as if it were a prompt to recreate the image.”

Has some fun side effects.

@danielpunkass when I use this method I can’t help relate it to the parenting trope of “I want you to think long and hard about how you let me down. Tell me what you should have done instead”
