Disability on a 0-100% slider on a Spanish job posting site - Blåhaj Lemmy

The disability certificate goes from 0 to 100 and is given by the social security. Depending on your general or mobility percentages you get extra helps or tax returns that barely cover the extra costs from therapy or general help.

I see nothing wrong with that slider? They are quite literally asking you if you have an official certificate and its percentage so that they can get grants by contracting you.

I’m half sure that in Germany the percent is the amount of hours of work that you cannot practice due to disability. So 50% is that you can only work half of standard 40 hours/week. This is also officially certified.
That used to be the case. But nowadays the degree of disability isn’t correlated to how well you can perform your job. That doesn’t even make sense. Why would you be able to work fewer hours if your disability is hearing loss, for instance, and you’re working as a programmer?
