@simon I love the model. I have debated something some for my dozen+ suite of Django apps/projects that I run that I didn't release the code for because I wanted to build vs. run a project. Might be a good model to try.

@simon it seems like a hard sell to me to tell a company “you should pay me so your developers terminal emulator will be more efficient”. He may be right, but I’ll be surprised if he gets many bites with that as the differentiation.
