A Book of Condolence for the late Ozzy Osbourne has been opened at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (UK) as fans leave tributes at key sites throughout the city.

The book is in The Round Room and the museum is open Wednesdays-Sundays 10am-5pm
The Ozzy Osbourne: Working Class Hero exhibition runs until 28th September
