I tried to contact a human tech support to ask if an email I got from [email protected] is coming from you. It has something to do with autofill in chrome but the steps mentioned make no sense. The bot is not helpful at all and for an app I pay for it's kinda cheap not too have proper help support.

@Nochrisis Hi friend! If the email you received this morning was about some changes that Chrome and Brave introduced that affect how you autofill using 1Password, then it's legit! Sorry to hear that Paddy (our chatbot) wasn't much help, though. If you ask it to create a ticket with our support team, it'll do so, but you can also email us directly at [email protected] as well.

Could you tell me where you got stuck in the instructions we sent in that email? I might be able to help. 🙂

I figured it out, but the email says, "Please follow these steps:" "1. Return to settings..." I got suspicious because it sounds strange to use the word return when that might technically be right I have not been there this year. Just semantics I guess ðŸ˜Š
