@kardinal691 I remember seeing ban the bomb protests aged 10/11 in 1965 and thought yeah, lets.
My dear old Dad, an ex Typoon pilot WW2) explained the deterent force against ussr and I accepted that, however still wanted all nukes banned.. yeah, reality.
Growing up with the threat I concluded that if ussr was gonna do us all in, then why should they survive.. fuck 'em over as well.. sad BUT..
