This is a national road with tramlines. And these footpaths are inadequate as is. This behaviour on this stretch is beyond abhorrent.
@dr177 @dublininquirer it is a crazy stretch, no fun to cycle! There is supposed to be an active travel rework... in the next few years. Parking enforcement tend not to do 'roaming', especially in the suburbs. They try to ticket people as fast as possible, which usually means going back to the same places again and again. But if they start hitting this spot, they'll keep coming back as long as there are people to ticket.
