I love this scene where the all-powerful military commander is rendered mumbling and nervous between two strong women. His wife, who, only a moment before, was all doe-eyed and innocent and meek with him, feeding him food she had prepared. And now, "How did I not know you had coronary heart disease?" 😤 I love this duality of handling him. But also the power struggle between Madam and Doctor over the commander.
