Hypersensory Space ButtChemours spent $90,000 lobbying in DC to roll back regulations on PFAS and other chemicals. The President issued a proclamation on July 17th that the Chemical Safety Board would also be dismantled. They can afford to pay off politicians to keep themselves from having to admit liability and pay for their corporate malfeasance.
I don't care which side of the aisle you're on politically. It doesn't matter what flavor of politics you prefer. In the end, you're the one who is going to deal with the consequences of industry going unregulated, not the folks making the money. Your children, and their children, will have to pay for these actions. We need to do more to keep this from getting worse.
