On today's episode of #stressbaking : Crème brûlée.

It's the first time I ever tried making some and I had to defrost some cream for this but the egg/cream mixture looked the right consistency so... I'm sure it'll work!

I'd say, it's a success! #stressbaking these was surprisingly quick and easy.
Next time, I'd probably use real vanilla instead of extract and freshly bought cream but nevertheless, it's delicious!
