Gurre VildskäggNot in the least surprised there's a plan for that, and I'm sure the Kremlin isn't either. But openly stating "we have a plan for this and it will achieve our goals in hours" is a very clear signal.
As always, my idea for after such an operation:
Change the official language of the place, including all schools & media, to Old Prussian (the Baltic language from before the crusades there) as best we can reconstruct it.
Russians who moved there after WW2 can avoid it by going home.
@Gurre Politics yes, but important right now as Russia has been the only one showing strength in this theater, escalation after escalation.
