@oxidand it's not like Pavel Durov ever resisted Russia's influence. He's been censoring stuff for a really long time, plus spewing a lot of Russian propaganda.

I know that. But, for some reason, he has the reputation of being a rebel. He was even trying to discredit messengers like #Signal.

I still hear that many people are surprised to learn that #Telegram is not actually a #privatemessenger

I'm just trying to spread the word about what Telegram really is.
