For all those newbies you will learn real quick that a motorcycle club is hgwash WHAT IS A TRUE OUTLAW BIKER? Do you have to be in a 1%er club to be considered an Outlaw Biker? I'm going to argue no, you don't have to be in a motorcycle club to be considered an outlaw biker.
