Oh my god overslept (90min !!!! Through alarm!!!), so no ICE 1 with fluffy time, but a really tight already late af S-Bahn, Regio and overpriced last minute ICE or else I'd be late

Today is one of those days where I genuinely suffer from the condition. I'm constantly on edge about forgetting something, I forgot a lot already, my thoughts keep jumping between diagnosis appointment and university finals, and I can't concentrate on either, nervous af, l keep biting skin, worried about missing every train, about being late, about having jumbled up appointment time
