It is an obvious use for WLED (it's PWM after all) but I never considered using it for this.

It's been crazy hot in Norway recently, and I thought I had the parts to build a small fan controller, but forgot to bring any 5V buck converters. Then I figured that I could just use one of the many QuinLED controllers I have, which have all the components :D
@kfh @hackeriet Anyway, I see you have such "safe" power sources, too (though our fans always work, I think).
