@drj @FontID it's from San Sebastian in Northern Spain, searching the name it seems to be a bank. The picture is probably from the early 70s
Cassiopeia in use

Continued by Labor & Wait in 2023, with the name shortened to Cassiopeia.

thanks for helping out! some more info, this is from the sixties, and the same typeface was definitely still in use up until 1976 at least. San Sebastian is a city in Spain
