@drj @FontID it's from San Sebastian in Northern Spain, searching the name it seems to be a bank. The picture is probably from the early 70s

Cassiopeia in use

“Help with OpenType programming was provided by the brilliant Tal Leming. Thanks for feedback and guidance to Christian Schwartz, (who also suggested the name Cassiopeia,) and Peter Bain, (who fixed my lowercase r.)” — Constellation Released as Galaxie Cassiopeia by Village (since 2011: Constellation) in 2006. Continued by Labor & Wait in 2023, with the name shortened to Cassiopeia.

thanks for helping out! some more info, this is from the sixties, and the same typeface was definitely still in use up until 1976 at least. San Sebastian is a city in Spain
