But I loved exploring people's libraries, especially for music.
If you found them because you were looking for the latest album of a specific band, chances were they had more stuff you'd also like. Discovered plenty of artists that way. Especially my love for goa/psytrance got a huge boost through it.

So true. Imagine my surprise downloading to be released tracks from the artist's own library and then getting the comment: "Enjoy. Just don't let my label find out."
